Wall-clock time from pipeline start to completion. Parallel steps run concurrently, so 4 parallel steps running for 2 minutes each counts as 2 minutes, not 8.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You bring your own compute (AWS, GCP, bare metal) and Voltra orchestrates the pipeline execution. Cache sharing still works across self-hosted and cloud runners.
You're billed per active seat. Adding a team member mid-month is prorated. Removing a seat takes effect at the end of the billing period. We don't charge for bot accounts or CI-only tokens.
Builds queue instead of fail. You can purchase additional minutes at $0.005/minute, or upgrade your plan. We'll notify you at 80% and 100% usage.
